Can anyone please tell me HOW I GET THIS TO GO AWAY ? 😭 I’ve tried everything ‼️

I would honestly probably just leave it be. Putting lotion or anything like that on your legs might irritate it more (and hurt like hell). 
Make sure you’re not using a dull razor or pressing down too hard! And make sure you don’t shave when you have goosebumps. 
I have super sensitive skin and I’ve swapped to a 6 blade men’s razors. Seems to keep the razor burn down to a minimum
