Looking for a bit of advice before I go to a doctor..

I started spotting on Thursday then the days went on it got heavier it usually only lasts about a day heavy blood with my period and the cramps usually only last a day and a half but am that much in pain with the cramps I can barely move in my lower back belly and my left side I thought it was my period but am still bleeding with the cramps after 3 days had the cramps for about a week before I even started to spot did I forget to mention the bleeding started a week before I was due my Period am not sure if it’s just a bad period or could I be having an miscarriage I have already had a miscarriage in the past and am starting to worry!! But am that much in pain I can’t even move and when I was spotting the tiniest bits I was getting really sore breasts and could taste sick in my mouth has any of this happended to anyone in the past.. starting to worry and the heavy blood sometimes there’s clots in it
