TWW @ 9/10 DPO - Implantation Dip ?!?

So, I am driving myself crazy with symptom spotting, but there is so much going on that just isn’t normal for me. I’m 9/10 DPO and around O time, I felt sick and had a cold/fever. That was at CD 14-15. The fever spiked a few times over 99, but mostly stayed in the 98.2 range, which is an increase from my normal temp. Yesterday, at 8/9 DPO...I experienced cramping and leg pains throughout the day and think it may be implantation. I also had a dip in my temp on that day which went back up today! During the last week or so, I’ve been exhausted, sometimes dizzy and nauseous at times also. Any thoughts on the situation? I know I’m too early to be getting definite positive results, but I’m hopeful! I had a chemical pregnancy last month and was gutted. This has been much different. AF still 4-5 days away. 😜😬 even general support is greatly appreciated.
