I’m really worried!

I be been getting faint positives from 4dpo onwards and on Sunday 22 September I did a digital test which have me a positive.

My period is meant to be due on the 26th of this month. However last night I had a few spots of blood in my underwear which was pinky brown. And then today morning I had a few spots of blood too. I checked my panty liner at around 10:30am today and I was bleeding quite a bit. The blood is bright red. I also have some cramping pains with this too.

What do I make of this? I’m really worried.

I would attach a picture of how I’m bleeding but don’t want it to be TMI. But below is my positive test from Sunday.

Please tell me what this could be?
