PCOS help

My OB told me yesterday that I have PCOS. I have 1 daughter (17M old) and my husband and I have been trying for baby #2 but no success yet so I went to my OB for some advice.. he said my testosterone (Bioavailable) was high at 10.3, my sex hormone binding globulin is low at 18, but my Albumin is good at 4.4. I go next week to discuss options just looking for others advice on these results
