Help!

So I’m due on my period today... it’s been my first cycle after being given levothyroxine to help with an undersea rice thyroid. I’ve just done a test and this is my result. I don’t know if it’s the cheap test, the fact the medication might give me a false positive or that I’m actually pregnant. Is there anyone out there who can help me?
