My oldest turned 5 two days after my youngest was born. Baby brother is now 11 days old and we are STRUGGLING hard with behavior. My oldest has always been a little spoiled, but lately he is just off the chain. He has been hitting other children at school, knocking furniture over, cursing at his teachers and grandparents, and doing things on purpose to get negative attention (like banging a toy on the ground during nap time). Yesterday he called his cousin a b****, and when I tried to sit him in time out, he threw the biggest tantrum I've ever seen from him. I love both of my boys, but he is making it so hard to be around him. Any tips? I am breastfeeding and baby brother has been cluster feeding, so step-dad has been having to do a lot of the things I normally would. I know this probably plays a part, but we do what we can.
