I just feel like I’m floundering

My LO is almost 11 weeks old and I just feel like I’m floundering day today. She had a terrible fussy phase at 4-6 weeks but then we had 2-3 weeks where she was great and I learned her cries and we settled into a routine. Well about a week ago she became really clingy and fussy allll the time. Like I cant set her down to pee. This has just really messed with our flow and I just feel like I’ve lost control of the day. In the morning I have it down: wake up, feed and pump, get dressed, go for a walk, play, and feed and pump. But by the afternoon I just feel like I’ve lost it. I don’t know what to do activity wise and she gets fussy.
