Pregnancy and work
Today a car reversed into me and I’m in my early stages of pregnancy. I was on my way to work when this happened. When I got to work they didn’t send me home infact I did an 8 hours shift in agony. I’ve messaged my manager and asked if I can have tomorrow off because the midwife has said that I need to rest and he’s told me I have to sort cover out myself and if I can’t get it then I have to go in tomorrow
I live in the uk is this exemptible?
