When do I take the Clomid & Progesterone?

Question

So I just picked up my Clomid and Provera prescriptions today, but there’s no instructions on how to take them. 
I took Clomid with my first pregnancy 2 years ago (but I don’t think I took Provera...if I did I can’t remember), and my OB then gave me a piece of paper with the instructions on it, however I don’t have it anymore. 
So my period is due on 9/26 per Glow (but it’s usually off) and my husband is set to be home 10/19. My OB knew this when she prescribed the Clomid Bc she calculated the dates, but I assumed when she called in the prescription she’d give me the dates or cycle days of when to take them. 
Help???
EDIT: 
So I’m realizing now the Provera is to stimulate a period, or in my case delay one. So judging from my google research if I start the Provera today, I take it for 7 days, then I should have a period 5-10 days later. The on the first day of my period I start the Clomid...right?

Clomid is always cycle day 3-7 or 5-9.

I've taken provera for a surgery and it didnt delay my period, I got it right on time, so unless your dr said it would delay your period based on the days you start, I would double check. I had started it before I ovulated. 
The first person you should ask how to take medicine prescribed to you should be your doctor. As someone else said, we all have different protocols. The only thing for sure is that provera would be taken first followed by the ovulation medication, which can be assigned on different CD windows depending on the dr.
