Been having some mild cramps, loose stools and when I wiped I had this should I be concerned?

Mine looked like that, doctor said it is cervical discharge, the plug itself is thicker like snot, but both regenerate, around 30 plus weeks also some people’s cervix start preparing for birth, I had a cerclage in and had that kind of discharge unfortunately I had contractions so we knew baby was trying to come and was changing my cervix, but pertaining your not cramping I wouldn’t worry I’ve spent weeks spotting red and pink my whole pregnancy 😊 if in doubt go get checked
