Are my boobs done growing??

i’m 14 and my boobs are on the smaller side. is there anything i can do to help them grow? like some type of food or massages? my friend said that your boobs stop growing 2 years after your first period, is that true? my first period was when i was 12, so i’m scared that they’re done growing

Breasts can continue to grow until you’re an adult, and will change as you age, through pregnancy/childbirth, may change with weight fluctuations, etc.

Thats not true. Stop listening to advice ic your friends, they probably dont know either. Mine kept growing until my 20s and then after I had my son they grew like 5 sizes in less than a year and then I'mpregnant again and theyre getting bigger. Your boobs will stop growing at some point but you have more important things to worry about at this stage in your life.

My boobs stopped growing since I was like 13 haha. I’m an A and have been for 5 years (18 now). If your boobs do grow more then that’s good but it’s okay if they don’t too. Love your body the way it is! 💕 it took me years to be able to and the sooner you do, the more confident you’ll be
