Okay so I’m on birth control and I’ve been taking it perfectly except I double up on a pill one day after this

So I haven’t had sex but my boyfriend and I were making out in underwear I’m pretty sure we were careful enough to make sure our private areas weren’t touching at all but he did have a decent amount of pre cum, if he did at all lay against it would’ve been around my butt yet I’m almost certain he didn’t.

I’ve been on birth control for 3 months now I’m finishing month three. I have 2 more pills until my placebo week since I accidentally took 2 in one day.

I have had super light spotting like in the pics below sometimes a little darker color or white or lightish pink. Besides that I’m kinda dry.

Could that be implantation bleeding or is this normal for still starting on BC?

I started BC in June but my 2nd “period” on BC I was bleeding for 13-14 days before my placebo week. Which doctor said was normal cause I was still adjusting.

He also did finger me for the first time last Thursday and I was a little dry then too so idk if that could just be from that possibly.

I know I sound dumb but I just want to be sure so please don’t write sarcastic comments

Edit: i doubled up on the pill because I take it super early in the morning and I took the pill before my placebo and when I looked an hour after taking it the one from the correct day was still there so I thought I had missed taking it so I took it thinking I didn’t take one at all.
