Pain during ovulation? Opinions please TMI

I have pcos but its been under control for over a year my cycles are regular and healthy and i ovulate on my own with out meds.

This cycle was really painful! Before i did my opks this month i have cramping and twinges which let me to test and i got crazy obvious positive ovulation test for 2 days in a row when the surge ended the pain dulled way down but still was kinda achy . The pain has been gone about 2 days then today i had sex and it was great but AFTER like the minute after orgasm i had this like paralyzing pain that took almost 30 min to fade away. Its been a hour now and my pelvic area is sore. It was like shooting lighting bolts through my cervix and in my uterus.

More tmi but i can feel it my anus the pain is like electric.

This cycle something is off ! Its too early for pregnancy symptoms im only like 6 dpo so i have no idea why im in so much pain this cycle. Does anyone know what this could be?

Also idk if this is related but i been having pins and needles numbness in my limbs head aches indigestion gas and some food coming up type feeling but not throwing up.

If any one is familiar with any of these symptoms please lmk like i said ovulation literally just ended .
