So Darn CONSTIPATED.
I know this is probably TMI but honestly it has been forever since I have actually had a decent bowel movement. I get a little bit like once every 3 days it's ridiculous I feel so backed up. Stool softener is doing absolutely nothing for me anymore. I eat a lot of fruit to try and keep things moving . And I've done magnesium supplements but even those are losing their efficacy.
Anybody have any tricks or recommendations? I am so tired of being constantly backed up.
