Ivf stim meds timing

How strict do you have to be with

meds timing

I’m on Follistim in morning and menopur at night, roughly 12 hrs apart

I have a job sometimes that makes it difficult to be able to excuse myself for meds, and sometimes I have greater than 12 hrs shifts

I have been mostly within the hour window, but one time i was 2.5 hours late

Did your doc or nurse tell you anything about timing?

Update: thanks all, I asked my doctor. He said to try to keep menopur and Follistim within two hr window. Ganirelix on the other hand needs to be strictly within 24 hrs.
