6+1 and all I am is neasous and tired
This is the second day in a row where I've barely ate anything. I know I should but I'm not hungry at all, I'm neasous everytime I think of food, and I just wanna sleep. I sleep 12 hours a night, and I take naps when I'm home. It's getting harder to get up even after 12 hours of sleep.
How do yall eat even when you're neasous and not hungry?
I mean I legit took 4 bites of my cereal this morning and less than 3 dollars worth of frozen yogurt. That's all I had to eat today.
