Travel system suggestions?

My heart has been set on the uppa baby vista & Mesa car seat BUT as we get closer & closer I just can’t see myself spending that amount of money on a stroller & car seat 🤦🏻‍♀️ the other options I was looking at were the maxi cosi Zelia 5 in 1 travel system & the Chicco bravo... opinions??!

This is the one my husband and I got. It was purchased from our registry by some family members. I was worried about spending a lot of money on a seat that I would have to replace in about a year for a convertible. I looked on a website called Lucie's List for recommendations and ratings. Which lead me to the fact that most infant seats are tested for safety regarding impact(I say most because im sure there are some exceptions and Im sure some mom on here will be quick to refute the point). I looked for things like proper head support, comfort for baby, and usability. There's so many choices so it can be overwhelming. Good luck!

We got the Chico Bravo - haven’t used it yet with baby obviously, but so far it has been very easy!

I would definitely do the maxi cosí over Chicco 😬 Maxi cosí lets you lay baby in the seat flat like a bassinet and baby can face you. And you can attach just the car seat for a quick trip into the store or something. 
Look into the system graco has, it’s Graco modes bassinet. I think it’s pretty new. Does the same thing. Evenflo pivot also does and baby trend has one too lol. I have the baby trend drip drop one because the bassinet was an absolute must for me! And I love it..

I got the chicco bravo and it’s sooo easy to set up right out of the box, to put it up and down, I can do it with one hand (which is always a plus if you’re alone) I can’t speak for the other options obviously, but I’ve been obsessed with this stroller since I tested it in Walmart!

I second the comment about uppababy Black Friday discount. But the Mesa now and if you can wait to purchase the stroller it’ll be on sale. It’s SO nice and the customer service is 100! I bought the Cruz for my son in Black Friday and used some buybuybaby gift cards I had gotten! Worth it! Just replaced the canopy on my Mesa to make the car seat look brand new for this baby and the people I spoke with were so helpful!

I'm doing the Chicco Bravo system. A couple of my friends have one and really like them. I was first drawn to then because of the high safety ratings of the carseat.
