Pump and dump?
I had an allergic reaction yesterday morning and got a shot of hydrocortisone and Benadryl around 1130 am. I took 25mg poll of Benadryl again at 6pm last night. I pumped and dumped around 5pm yesterday. How do I know when my milk is safe?
