Planned parenthood birth control

I’m a mom, 19 years old, I don’t work and I don’t have insurance. I want to go to planned parenthood for an annual checkup, birth control, and just some regular testing.. does anyone know if I’d have to pay? I called but the lady wasn’t helpful at all
