Pumping after scheduled C Section

With my first I had planned to exclusively pump, but due to personal reasons and having an emergency c section it never happened. I ended up only formula feeding. I’m due to have my second, scheduled c section, the first week of March and am considering exclusively pumping this time around.

My questions are:

1) Did you breast feed one and not the other? Did you feel guilty?

2) I know that it can take longer for your milk to come in with a scheduled c section, how long did it take for your milk to come in?

3) Any exclusive pumping tips?
