Burning pain in right lower abdomen

Anyone ever experience a burning pain in their right lower abdomen? I have had it on and off for weeks now and no idea what it is. It often radiates to my back. My Doctor sent me for an ultrasound which came back normal. I mentioned that I often struggle with constipation and asked if that could be the issue but the doctor said probably not and because I had a colonoscopy 2 years ago she wasn’t worried. I just want to know what is going on. I am so anxious thinking about what it could be! Trying to see if anyone else out there had experienced the same thing.
