Question

If you put your 2 weeks in at your job but your job doesn’t want you to quit and wants to set up a meeting to talk about it would you still quit or stay ?

See what they say. There might be double money & less shifts... BUT, if you’re absolutely miserable it might not be worth it. 
But just stay and see.

Take the meeting, never hurts to hear all the options.
Ever hear that phrase about the devil you know? If you need to find another job keep that in mind.
Maybe decide ahead of time, what would they have to offer for you to want to stay?

I’ve done this exact thing. They offered me more money and wanted to know specifically what was going on that made me quit. I explained that I had made my decision and nothing they could say or do would get me to stay, but that I appreciated the conversation. I was nervous as all get out but stuck to my guns (as I had already accepted a job somewhere else). I hope you do whatever makes you happy.

I would have the meeting and see what they say, if they are offering them things that fixed whatever reason I was quitting in the first place I would probably take it and stay

Interesting question that I had a discussion with a recruiter on. 
In many cases where someone is looking for other opportunities, staying will just prolong the inevitable, which is your still not going to be happy at your job. In some work cultures, coworkers will take you less serious too because you lost loyalty. Employers might then offer you more to stay in preparation to have more time to find a replacement since they know you still will quit eventually.
However, if say a company found you, and you weren’t looking, then I think its possible to stay at your current company

After the grocery store I worked at got bought out by a big company I quit due to health code, safety code and worker rights violations. 
At my current job as an LNP, it really depended what they were offering me if I would stay or not. 
I draw the line at workers right, safety code and health code, violations.

I chose the poll option because I wanted to comment. I would have the meeting with them to see what they want.  I’d be interested to see if they will offer more money or something else to get you to stay.

It really does depend on why you're leaving really. 
If it's a case you don't like the establishment, you're being bullied and you are getting paid peanuts. The of course you should leave. 
If you don't have any problems, but would prefer slightly different hours/pay. Then of course, go have a discussion.
