Has one ever had a yest infection in their leg creases?

How do I get rid of it and how do I keep it from smelling so bad?

Antifungal cream or powder. Key is keeping the area dry.

I haven’t, but have you tried using scentless soap there?
you can take cranberry pills that helps prevent them. (Plus drinking water)
Possibly use baby powder once it clears up to keep it dry. 
And maybe look into exfoliating after it’s healed.  Idk about the exfoliating tho.. but look into it

Pretty sure you can by canestan cream over the counter, wash and dry really well and apply cream twice a day
