When did you get your period after miscarriage

Just wondering when to expect my period and if I consider day 1 when the spotting started or when I passed the clots as my spotting started but then I had to take the medication to progress things.

I miscarried September 11th, still waiting for it, but hoping I'm pregnant again instead. So 5 weeks without a period so far, and I miscarried at 6w 2d.

I had to have D&E August 5th. My period came back September 4th which was the normal time that it came before my pregnancy.
