Can someone help?

I got a different Alfredo sauce. I have a nine month old. She loves Alfredo fettuccine. I looked at the ingredients on the sauce￼￼￼￼, what does cultured mean? What’s the difference from pasteurized? Can she eat it? Is it safe?

It’s just the ingredients for how they made the cheese. The whole thing is still processed and safe.

Culture is when bacteria is purposefully added, pasteurization is heating to a certain temp for a certain time. 
Just heat it until steaming or bubbling and it's fine. Pretty much all jarred sauces are pasteurized anyway

Yogurt is generally made from cultured milk so it should be fine!

Cheese is technically fermented milk, they put a culture in the milk (bacteria) and you get cheese/yogurt/cottage cheese etc. completely safe for your child to eat.
