Pain down there..

I’ve recently been having a lot of problems down there... I’ve had two UTIs in the last two months and now I think I may have a yeast infection. I don’t know what to do because I can’t talk to my mom about this stuff and I don’t want to go to the doctor.

The systems I have are just burning and discharge what can I do to make that go away or will it just go away on its own?
