Plantar fasciitis and heel spurs
Anyone have any products, shoes, insoles that would help? I have plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. Im on my feet all day at work, then I have been walking and going gym after work my feet are so sore. I cant find any good insoles or shoes with adequate arch support. Anyone have any suggestions?
