Where should you put your thermometer?
I have a bbt thermometer and the instructions says to put it in your mouth in the heat pocket behind your wisdom tooth. I’ve been doing this but I am finding it to be inconsistent because when I try it again it changes results.
Where are you putting your thermometer? Is there a better spot like under your tongue at the front? Should the probe touch anything?
