Pregnancy test after miscarriage

I miscarried at 6 weeks 4 days in June. It took about 13 weeks for my period to come back. It will be 5 weeks this Sunday if I don’t start my period again sooner. Really hoping I’m pregnant with my rainbow. My two closest friends are both pregnant, one is due the same time I was, which has been really hard. If my period doesn’t come back, when should I test? Part of my wants to know ASAP, but the other part wants to wait longer than I did last time to find out. I found out at 5 weeks last time.
