8 month old suddenly waking up early
Hi mamas... my sleep trained 8 month old has slept through the night since she was 4 months old. She used to sleep 7pm-7am but over the past couple weeks she’s been waking up at 6am, rolling/crawling/talking LOUDLY in her crib. 6am is too early for me. Any tips? Anyone going through the same? Will it pass? I know she is in a leap right now, maybe that’s it?
