How many naps does your LO take and do they sleep through the night?

I’m on the struggle bus over here. My son was going down at 7, doing a dream feed at 10:30 and then would wake to eat at 3 and at 7. He takes 3 naps a day; at 9am, noon and 3:45. 
The past couple of nights he’s been up 5-6 times and I’m dying...

Goes to bed between 7-7:45, sleeps until 5-6am, takes a bottle and immediately falls back asleep until 8-9 am. usually only takes one nap that’s 2-2.5 hours long during the day.

2-4 naps a day. 4 if she only gets like 30 minutes. 2 if she gets 2 hours.

She is transitioning from 3 naps a day to 2 naps. Usually 2 long naps (2+ hours each) and a short 15-30 power nap. Then she is down for bed around 8 or 8:30 and sleeps through the night until 7am. I wish I had advice to give but we just got blessed with an all night sleeper since she was 3 weeks old 😬 wishing you all the luck & sleep!!

Baby wakes up at 7.  Goes back to bed at 8 and then wakes up at 10.  Next nap is around 2 or 3.  Wakes up around 4.  Goes to bed at 8 sleeps through the night.

She takes 2 naps and sleeps 7pm-8:30am.  I get up to nurse her at 5am before I go to work but she doesn’t need it.

She’s been taking 1 nap a day lately, she’s not fussy either 👀 there are times when she needs an extra nap but she sleeps in 4 -5 hour periods before waking up for a feeding at night, even with 1 nap 🙃

My son takes cat naps so about 4 30 minute naps a day... he goes to bed at 7 and is up twice to eat.. I keep waiting for him to drop some of his night feeds but it hasn’t happened yet.. everyone tells me he’ll just do it one day when he’s ready.. he’s teething so bad right now so I doubt that will be anytime soon.  In the meantime I live on coffee lol

My son has a similar schedule to yours. 3 naps a day. He really can't go longer than 2-2.5 hours awake. He is now sleeping 10-11 hours at night BUT wakes up at 5:30am usually so it's not a perfect schedule yet I guess! He goes 7pm to 7am without a feeding usually.

Our day typically looks like this:
Up at 730a
(Awake 2.5hrs) 
Nap: 10-1130/12
(Awake 3 hrs)
Nap: 230/3-4
(Awake 3/3.5hrs)
Bed at 7p
*generally up for a feed at 4a but been weaning slowly (slept 12 hrs through last night) 
Maybe extend awake windows? 
Wean off a feed in the night? 
During the regression she was up a few times in the night but I weaned her off the earliest one first so we are down to one right now. We also started giving her a 6 oz bottle of breastmilk before bed for the last 2 weeks and it's made a huge difference in her sleep! She has that instead of nursing and I just pump instead for the next night. It's great cuz I know that shes eaten enough to push the night feeds out.
