Birth control shot?? Good for 3 months

Have you ladies used the birth control shot how did it go and do you gain alot of weight or cramp or did you get pregnant while on it and once you stopped useing it was it somewhat easy to get pregnant or regulate your period??? I used the IUD with my son back in 2013 and got it taken out January 1017 and got pregnant. In March but had a miscarriage with a felt pregnancy and i don't want to get any implants agian I'm due in 4 weeks with my rainbow baby girl anything will help
