Anyone have any advice for irregular periods after birth control?

I have had regular predictable periods before birth control.  Now my husband and I are ttc and I quit the pill back in june. My periods are all over the place. Any advice on how to regulate them or how to conceive with irregular periods?

I just came of BC and ordered OPK strips so I can track and figure out when I am going to ovulate just for tracking purposes. We aren’t TTC until closer to the end of 2020

Opk strips! They helped me a lot and I ended up ovulating a couple weeks after stopping bc and only knew from these strips
