For those who've had a late miscarriage , period question

So I lost my daughter at 21 weeks. I'm on my second period since losing her. All I heard and read was horrible and painful periods after. But so far they haven't been bad at all. They are actually easier than before pregnancy.

The first one didn't last very long which normally the longest I would have one was 4 days.

This one I seemed to have symptoms before starting like back pain and cramps but no cramps really on it. Is this normal? I know all bodies are different I just find it odd that they seem easier now than before.
