Help baby girls face. What product should I use to clear this up? I tried to let it go but it’s not going away. Also her eye is perpetually clogged. Tried massaging and breast milk. Any other tips?

My little girl had the same and I started using the  Aveeno sensitive skin baby soap and lotion and it cleared it within a week

It may be eczema. If so you may need to change what you use on her. I use Cetaphil baby on my daughter. It’s been working well for her.  However I have heard good things about the Aveeno

My son was the same. We switched to baby aveeno for his body and baby aveeno eczema for his face and it cleared up right away.

Baby aquaphor helped out my girl I put it on when she falls asleep by the time she’s up usually all gone 😊
