Sleep is forever ruined
I think. I'm exhausted but my body apparently thinks four interrupted hours is enough now. I couldn't fall asleep last night. Finally asleep around 10:30 and baby woke me up around 11. Then again at 1, 4, and awake for the day at 6. My husband took him at 6 so that I could sleep for an hour or two but I couldn't fall asleep. Even when I am "asleep" I don't think I'm really sleeping. I'm not entirely sure how I'm still alive but I just really want to sleep well again. I miss it so much.
