Am I crazy ?

I’ve taken 4 tests 2 came back with faint positives , one was questionable and one was negative . 2 were taken Sunday and 2 on Monday. My last period was 8-16. I’ve had SUPER text book pregnancy symptoms down to the nausea and vomiting. I had a dr appt this morning. My urine sample was negative. They took blood and I should get the results back soon but I still feel like something is wrong (I haven’t really had an appetite in days) my back hurts a little some cramping I’ve always had cramping and now a little brown blood when I wipe. Is my body just wacky orrr
