Hey mammas I thought to post this here since most of us are all about the same amount of time postpartum! My daughter is almost 9 months old and I have had bleeding and what I think are periods however I used to have a 29 day cycle but I finally started my period on day 35 I know cycle changes are quite common however what I’m wondering is did any of you mommas almost not have periods at all mine are so light and almost aren’t even there I had ripped my cervix and the hospital I delivered at had no idea until 24 hours after I had delivered my baby so I’m paranoid that they stitch my cervix or that I have scar tissue I’m worried of not shedding all the toxins built up Throughout my body dumb question I know but is it normal to have very light almost non existent periods almost a year after birth?
