Back story: I have had three csections as of now and am pregnant with my 4th and final child. We plan another csection.

I have just experienced a sudden pain along the csection scar. It took my breath away and I thought I was coming apart. I shouldn’t have but I googled and am now terrified something has ruptured. But the pain has subsided now. The scar line itself is just tender. I am not bleeding. And I felt my little man move. I am 23 weeks 2 days currently. Am I over reacting? Is this normal for moms who have had multiple csections? Anyone experienced this and it be okay?
