First OB appointment tomorrow

I'm 8 weeks exactly today and I am so excited for my appointment tomorrow. But I'm also really nervous. I have severe anxiety and I'm scared they'll tell me something is wrong with my baby. Can you all share your happy stories about your first OB appointment to help me stay positive?
