How long do your appointment last?

I am absolutely flaming upset tonight! I see a high risk OB biweekly and today he was literally in the room for 1min😡😡 
What type of bloody assessment can you do in 1min?!? 
This isn’t the first time either this has happened either!! 
What is the point in seeing a high risk OB if they are literally in the room for 1min
I get this my 6th baby but I still have questions i would like answered 
Just feel very let down, questioning if I should reconsider who is providing my prenatal care

I have a high risk doctor I see. Typically I get an ultrasound with a nurse or ultrasound tech and that will last typically 10 minutes minimum. Then the doctor comes in and depends on the day how long I see her for. Typically she just tells me everything looks good, tells me how baby is measuring, and then ask if I have any questions and then leaves. She never really is there for longer than 5 minutes. 
But I only see her for ultrasounds and to check in my GD. I still see my regular OB for everything else.

I have a midwife and all my appointments have started on time or before my appointment time. They also last around an hour!

Last pregnancy with OB my appointment would be 30 min waiting for the doctor and then only 5 min actually talking to them.
This pregnancy I see a midwife and I talk to her the entire time for an hour shortest 30 min.
