Due 2/1 feeling uncomfortable

Anyone else 21 weeks and feeling uncomfortable. At my 20 week scan baby girl was measuring 13oz. This is baby #6 for me and honestly I have never felt so uncomfortable so early in any of my other pregnancies. My right side goes numb a lot, my ligament pain is almost unbearable at times and on top of it I am on blood thinner injections twice a day in my belly. It is more of the pregnancy pain that seems so rough this early on, rolling over in bed is a struggle lol. I don’t want to complain to anyone because they already are tired of hearing about me being sick I am sure. My pregnancy is high risk so I have to go to the Dr a lot and have scans and testing all the time. So I have to miss work and I work for family so everyone hears about it. I just needed to vent somewhere. And wasn’t sure if I was the only one who is in the 2nd trimester but feeling like I am in the 3rd lol!
