I'm 28 weeks and a few days. Just feeling super overwhelmed right now and am having a ton of anxiety about the rest of this pregnancy and the actual delivery. I feel like my skin is about to rip open and everyone keeps saying, "don't worry you'll get so much bigger." This will be my first full term pregnancy and I'm terrified of the delivery. I have a great doc and amazing husband but it's just a lot. Any words of wisdom or support would be appreciated.
