birth control IS THIS NORMAL???
Hey ladies so I’m on the nova ring and I’ve had it in for almost the first full three weeks before taking it out for the one which will be on the 29th so I know I go a full week with it out for my period but when I put it back in is it automatically good or do I have to wait a week again like the first time for it to be valid
