High Blood pressure

Malack • Preggo with 🌈, lost two babies: July 2017 & Nov 2018- 👶🏼 boy due in December 💙

Lately my BP has been rising and I’m trying to avoid letting it get higher.. almost 30 weeks so I’m trying my best to avoid having complications later

Anyone have suggestions on ways to lower blood pressure?
