High hcg levels

Anyone else had high hcg and progesterone levels at 4 weeks? My progesterone was 108 and my first hcg was 1800 then 2 days later it went up to 3600. I took Clomid so I’m wondering if it could be twins 🤷🏻‍♀️ and I’m shocked because I normally have low progesterone
