What is your go-to fall potluck dish with neighbors?

My neighbors in the cul-de-sac we live in are getting together tomorrow night to kick off Fall.. its BYOB and bring an appetizer/ dish... I'm doing low-carb, what are some of your go-tos?

I typically do pretzel dogs and they disappear really quick. I usually cut the hot dogs in half to have more available.

Slow cooker buffalo chicken dip. I always serve with tortilla chips and celery.

Lol none of mine are low carb!
But my favorite is to make whatever your favorite recipe is for pumpkin pie filling: fresh, canned, doesn't matter. Pour it into a pan, then sprinkle a box of cake mix over top. Yellow or spice cake both work well. Then melt a stick of butter and drizzle it over everything, and bake in the oven for an hour.
