Ew. My left foot is swollen and ugly. Before and after lmao. Anything I can do? I've had my feet up but it's not going down.

My feet were enormous for the last month or so. Otherwise no complications. Unfortunately it's just the  name of the game.

Aww...it doesn’t look that bad!  I’ve had primary lymphedema since I was 18 and had swelling in my ankles and feet.  When I was pregnant with my 1st they looked super terrible! 
What helped during pregnancy were prenatal massages, it helped with fluid returning to it original location. Also, purchased an Air Compression Leg Massager from Amazon called the Fit King...definitely helps with the swelling

This had been my life for weeks. Doctors say my blood pressure is fine and that's just pregnancy. Just drink lots of water and not much else you can do. If for some reason the left foot is much hotter than the  right then it's an indication of a blood clot and you need to call doc right away.
