25 weeks real contractions but they gave me a shot

I posted earlier I was sure I was having Braxton Hicks I went to a hospital they hooked me up and said it’s real contractions they gave me a shot they said I’m not dilated but to keep an eye on my contractions if they start up again. This is my 3rd baby I’m 25 weeks.

The dr at the Er told me to check in with my dr but they’d get ahold of him for me. I don’t feel like he gave me much ease... should I be worried ? Could this baby come early 😐. I don’t wanna panic but this is way to early
